How to Get Motivated Before Your Work Shift
No matter how much you love your job, it can be challenging to get motivated before your shift. These are some things you can do to get yourself worked up to go into work.
Enjoy a Cuppa
A nice drink of something that contains caffeine can get you ready to go and keep you charged for hours. Many workers start their days off with coffee or tea for its artificial motivation. It's a good idea to try some if you have trouble getting yourself out of a slump before work.
Workout at the Gym
A good early morning workout can give you the motivation you need for work, as well. It doesn't have to be a long workout since your heart rate will rise and start to change your brain chemicals within 20 minutes. Meditate for a While
Meditation is excellent for preparing yourself to go to a stressful job. Find a quiet place in your home or at a nearby park where you can sit and become one with the universe. Think happy thoughts and be sure to breathe in out deeply. You will exhale all the negativity toward your job and your coworkers, and you will inhale positivity and perseverance.
